5. Return Policy

ACE CLUB accepts eligible returns within 10 days after the customer receives the merchandise.

All returns require prior approval from ACE CLUB before the merchandise is shipped back. Customers must contact ACE CLUB customer service and receive a return authorization before sending any item.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Items must not have stains, damage, alterations, washing, or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an ACE CLUB error.

6. Final Sale Items

Limited edition releases, special collections, promotional items, customized products, and marked final sale merchandise may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.
